With a wire guardian you can finish your beadwork and attach it to a clasp. Wire guardians are often used with metal wire or nylon thread. Because of the friction with the clasp, the wire or thread can break down at any given time, a wire guardian prevents this. You can use the wire guardian by pulling your thread or wire through one of the two openings. Then you pass through the slot up top to the other side. Go through the second hole and pull your thread or wire tight. Use a crimp bead to secure the wire guardian.
